Agrobank said it had taken measures to strengthen the security of its internal systems and the delivery of its banking services following a recent incident.
PETALING JAYA: Agrobank has assured its customers that no funds or data were affected by a recent internal system incident.
In a statement, the bank said it is investigating the incident and its mobile and online banking services remain fully operational, reported Bernama.
The bank, however, did not elaborate on the incident.
Agrobank also said it had taken measures to strengthen the security of its internal systems and the delivery of its banking services.
The bank added that it is also working closely with Bank Negara Malaysia and enforcement agencies to ensure the continued integrity and security of its systems.
Agrobank said it would continue to monitor the situation and take proactive steps to safeguard its operations.
