Man shot dead at Klang petrol station

SHAH ALAM: A man was killed in a shooting incident at a petrol station in Bukit Tinggi, Klang, last night.

Selangor police chief Shazeli Kahar said an individual had fired several shots at a car, hitting the 34-year-old victim, at about 11pm.

“Police received information from the public reporting a shooting incident at a petrol station in the Klang Selatan area,” he said in a statement today.

In the same statement, Shazeli appealed to those with  information to contact senior investigating officer Aminuddin Mahadi at 013-2104006 or the Klang Selatan police headquarters at 03-33762222.

The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code.

Earlier, a video went viral showing a man, reportedly shot, being carried by medical personnel for treatment.
