THERE is a perpetual problem in the city and it spells, “lack of parking.” The result is a good deal of people resorting to double parking which can cause a good deal of frustration, especially the driver who is being blocked.
Hons are sounded and a heated argument or conversations may be exchanged, and everyone would just go back to the monotony of routine life.
But some people decided to take the drama to the next level by placing sharp stones and wood under the car of the offender. Expect things to get ugly as can be seen in this video post by netizen @kamaghul.

According to the conversation in the video, an uncle decided to place these objects under the car of a young man after being blocked by him. Apparently the man did not leave a phone number and the hand brake is also engaged. So who is in the wrong here?
Netizens were up in support of the uncle, with @jebatgarcia stating that he was lucky the uncle didn’t break the glass and open the door to remove the car. A devilish @ziimmo11 added that this was an interesting idea.
In the video, the man further threatened to make a police report. Towards this, @mahena77 said those double parkers will get a tongue lashing by the officers at the police station. “The best, uncle,” he said.
On our part, this is a case of two wrongs don’t make a right. While the man has no right to place his vehicle in such a position, our angry uncle should not take the law into his own hands.
Even a police officer is not authorised to put sharp objects under the vehicle of a double parking offender. Think about that. —Nov 5, 2025
