Age is just a number: Mat Rempit auntie grabs attention and danger with stunts

PEOPLE familiar with the Mat Rempits will realise that the biker group is composed almost entirely of young, hot blooded teenagers.

They live their lives on the fast lane and more often than not, end it quickly too. But isn’t age just a number?

A biker auntie thinks so and she has a video to prove it too. According to the video posted on X by netizen @bckupacc99, the auntie could be seen driving slowly in the middle of the road.

Occasionally she would stand on her bike with both hands out, pumping into the sky. Captions in the video said she must be reminiscing about her younger years as a Mat Rempit.

“What type of bike is she riding? I ride a scooter but I don’t even dare to raise both hands,” said netizen @Jajiju1978 in the comment section.

Despite the rather awkward moment, some netizens pointed out how happy she was. Then there was @dadelli0 stating that she was having a healing moment.

Noting the lack of cars on the road and houses, it appears to be a village, perhaps at the outskirts of town. The brief video, however, did not reveal the place nor the identity of the biker auntie.

On a more serious note, she appears to be waving at nobody at the side of the road too. Likely the lady was suffering from some mental illness, hence, the odd behaviour.

It doesn’t take much for anyone to realise that mental illness and driving a vehicle usually add up into a disaster. Regardless, we would like to give her the benefit of the doubt. More power to you, biker auntie, as long as you don’t hurt yourself or anyone else. —Nov 3, 2025
