KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) today says that Rossana Annizah Ahmad Rashid has completed her term of service as chairman effective from Jan 31.
Rossana served as the chairman for three years.
Following this, BSN said Mohd Sakeri Abdul Kadir, a member of its board of directors, now assumed the role of deputy chairman.
“The bank expresses its highest appreciation to Rossana for her contributions, dedication and high commitment in carrying out her duties throughout her tenure.
“Rossana has helped BSN in implementing digital transformation and strengthening BSN’s direction to continue fulfilling its mandate and business plans under the five-year corporate strategic plan.
“This has been done through her extensive skills and experience in leading several multinational companies,” BSN sais.
Rossana is no stranger to the banking and telecommunications industry.
She has held various managerial positions during her service at RHB Bank Bhd, TIME dotCom Bhd, Maxis Bhd and Citibank Malaysia.
