In a video post by netizen @bckupacc99, a barista from ZUS Coffee was seen to be abused by a customer with a heavy Mainland China ascent. She was heard telling the lady to leave but the lady went on in rapid fire mandarin before slapping her coffee at her and spilling the contents all over the table.

Netizens of course were up in condemnation over the hot-headed customer who might have hailed from Yunnan where the hot pot cuisine originated. That is a joke.
“That is why now we can’t say the customer is always right. The customer doesn’t have the cash but they behave like they do,” said @Azroy8587. Another netizen pointed out how easily such things can be solved if they talked to each other easily but they simply wanted to viral it.
Then there was the voice of reason in the form of @9773Lol, stating that the video should be observed from the beginning.
Replying to him was @unicornsistic who said her Mainland Chinese dialect was enough to put her in the wrong.
