Exco Perumahan dan Kebudayaan Selangor Borhan Aman Shah berkata, syarikat konsesi dibenarkan masuk tapak mulai 10 Nov untuk kerja pembersihan sebelum pembinaan WCE dimulakan.

PETALING JAYA: Kerajaan Selangor mengarahkan 19 pemilik tanah di Kampung Jawa, Klang, agar mengosongkan tapak yang terbabit dalam projek pembinaan Lebuh Raya Pesisiran Pantai Barat (WCE) dalam tempoh tujuh hari.

Exco Perumahan dan Kebudayaan Selangor Borhan Aman Shah berkata, keputusan itu diambil selepas rundingan penyelesaian berhubung perkara itu dimuktamadkan pada mesyuarat yang turut membabitkan penduduk dan agensi berkaitan hari ini.

Menurutnya, proses pengambilan tanah terbabit sudah disempurnakan secara sah bawah Akta Pengambilan Tanah 1960 dan Borang K juga telah dikeluarkan pada 2023.

Bagaimanapun, 19 pemilik tanah masih belum mengosongkan kawasan terbabit walaupun 75% daripada jumlah keseluruhan pampasan RM9.85 juta sudah dibayar.

“Kerajaan negeri melalui Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah (PDT) Klang akan mengeluarkan Notis 425 Kanun Tanah Negara (KTN) kepada pemilik tanah untuk mengosongkan tapak berkenaan dalam tempoh tujuh hari selepas mesyuarat hari ini,” katanya dalam kenyataan, lapor Berita Harian.

“Sekiranya masih tiada keputusan atau gagal mengosongkan tapak, tindakan penguatkuasaan perobohan secara bersepadu akan dilaksanakan mengikut Seksyen 426A(i)(c) KTN (Akta 828) bagi kesalahan bawah Seksyen 425 KTN, selepas tamat tempoh notis.”

Borhan berkata, syarikat konsesi WCE Sdn Bhd dibenarkan memasuki tapak mulai 10 Nov ini untuk kerja pembersihan sebelum pembinaan dimulakan.

Tambahnya, kerajaan negeri juga akan membantu memudah cara penempatan sementara bagi 19 keluarga itu melalui pangkalan data Skim Smart Sewa, sementara pemilik tanah mencari kediaman kekal selepas menerima baki pampasan.

Beliau berkata, walaupun kerajaan negeri faham kebimbangan penduduk dan pemilik tanah terbabit, kepentingan awam turut harus ditegakkan.

“Projek WCE ini penting kerana ia bukan saja memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi setempat, malah memberikan kemudahan perjalanan dan limpahan pembangunan kepada rakyat Selangor,” katanya.

Lapan daripada 11 seksyen WCE sepanjang 233km yang menghubungkan Banting, Selangor ke Taiping, Perak, telah dibuka, dengan keseluruhan projek dijadualkan siap pada 2027.

Bagaimanapn, beberapa jajarannya di Selangor masih tergendala ekoran isu pengambilan tanah dan pelarasan teknikal.

Projek itu mendapat perhatian awam susulan keengganan 19 penduduk di Kampung Jawa untuk berpindah, sekalipun sebahagian besar proses pengambilan tanah di kawasan itu dilaporkan telah selesai.
