“Perkembangannya sangat pantas. Kami menjangkakan dalam dua tahun akan datang, kapasiti ini akan digunakan sepenuhnya.”
Semalam, YTL Power mengumumkan pusat data AI yang menggunakan GPU NVL72 Grace Blackwell (GB 200) terkini daripada Nvidia dengan sistem penyejukan cecair telah siap.

Sehingga kini, YTL Power telah melabur RM10 bilion dalam usaha AI — separuh untuk infrastruktur pusat data dan separuh lagi untuk penyelesaian AI, termasuk model bahasa besar pertama Malaysia, Ilmu.
Yeoh juga menggambarkan kemajuan Malaysia dalam pembangunan AI sebagai ‘luar biasa’ dengan menekankan Johor telah muncul sebagai hab AI serantau hanya 22 bulan selepas lawatan pertama Huang.
“Perdana menteri sangat gembira kerana dalam tempoh 22 bulan yang singkat, begitu banyak kemajuan telah dicapai melalui AI di Malaysia.
“Oleh itu, ke hadapan, perdana menteri juga mahu mendapatkan idea daripada ketua pegawai eksekutif Nvidia terbabit untuk menubuhkan satu jawatankuasa bagi memberi cadangan cara mempercepatkan lagi program AI ini di Malaysia,” katanya.
Beliau menambah ekosistem AI Malaysia sudah menunjukkan momentum yang kukuh, dengan kira-kira 200 syarikat permulaan tempatan bekerjasama dengan YTL untuk menyambungkan API mereka dan membangunkan penyelesaian berasaskan AI sendiri.
