PETALING JAYA: A fire broke out at the Petronas Tower 3 in Kuala Lumpur this morning, with many netizens sharing photos and videos of the fire on social media.
It is believed that the blaze involved a restaurant located on the upper floor of the building, Bernama reported.
Kuala Lumpur fire and rescue department director Hassan As’ari Omar confirmed the incident and said no casualties have been reported so far.
He added that fire engines and personnel had been dispatched to the scene to extinguish the blaze.
