Peguam mewakili mereka, Fahmi Abd Moin, mengesahkan perintah reman baharu hingga Rabu depan itu dikeluarkan Majistret Ainaa Muhamad Kamal di Mahkamah Majistret Petaling Jaya hari ini, menurut Berita Harian.

Terdahulu, kedua-dua individu itu dilihat masuk Mahkamah Majistret pada jam 9.30 pagi bagi prosiding sambungan atau penamatan reman.

Semalam, Ketua Polis Selangor Hussein Omar Khan mengesahkan akan memohon sambungan reman kedua-dua individu terbabit bagi membantu siasatan pembunuhan mangsa mengikut Seksyen 302 Kanun Keseksaan.

Kanak-kanak berusia enam tahun itu dilaporkan hilang pada 5 Dis lepas di Damansara Damai, sebelum ditemukan meninggal dunia berhampiran aliran anak sungai, kira-kira 200 meter dari blok rumahnya di Apartment Idaman, pada keesokannya.

Mayat mangsa ditemui oleh kumpulan penduduk yang menjalankan operasi mencarinya.

Hasil bedah siasat menemukan kesan kecederaan pada leher dan badan akibat mempertahankan diri.
