KUALA LUMPUR (April 10): Mudajaya Group Bhd, through its wholly owned subsidiary Mudajaya Corporation Bhd, has accepted a letter of award from Kotra Pharma (M) Sdn Bhd for a RM64.1 million construction project in Taman Teknologi Cheng, Melaka.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Monday (April 10), Mudajaya said the project would entail the construction of a one-storey warehouse together with six mezzanine floors.
“The project is subject to final re-measurement of the contract and is targeted to be completed by October 2024 with a construction period of 18 months from the date of site possession.
“The project is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2023, onwards,” it added.
